The Bradford District and Craven Palliative Care Network is a partnership of organisations who work together to plan and deliver care, in the best possible way for palliative and end-of-life care patients, their families and carers.
We serve a population of around 650,000 people in Bradford District and Craven and we are supported by voluntary and community sector organisations.
The partners within the Bradford District and Craven Palliative Care Network have a shared vision that all people with a life limiting condition should have timely and equitable access to high quality palliative and end of life care regardless of their personal characteristics or where they choose to receive their care.
